No guarantee of specific results

Advertising results depend on many factors outside our control — your market, budget, offer, pricing, response time, seasonality, competition, and the policies and algorithms of third-party platforms. We do not guarantee any specific number of leads, customers, calls, sales, revenue, ranking, or return on investment.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information and timely access to accounts and assets.
• Maintain your own advertising budgets paid directly to the platforms where applicable.
• Comply with all applicable laws and the terms and advertising policies of each platform.
• Respond to leads and customers we generate in a reasonable time.

Fees, billing & cancellation

Fees, billing cycle, and cancellation terms are described in your written agreement. Unless stated otherwise, engagements are month-to-month with no long-term contract, and either party may cancel with reasonable written notice. Third-party ad spend is separate from our fees.

Third-party platforms

We are an independent business and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), YouTube, or any other platform. Your use of those platforms is subject to their own terms and policies, and they may change their rules, pricing, or availability at any time.

Intellectual property

The content on this site is owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission. Work product delivered under an engagement is governed by your written agreement.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The site and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of the site or our services will not exceed the fees you paid to us in the three (3) months before the claim, and we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your business, your content, or your violation of these Terms or any law or platform policy.

Governing law & changes
